01 / Start with an outcome

Let the model
interview you.

You can start in an ordinary chat. Give the model something useful to achieve, then ask it to uncover the missing context with you.

Choose one task you understand well enough to judge.

Connected tools and scheduled runs need an environment with those capabilities and the appropriate permissions.

Here is the outcome I want: [describe a useful result].

Interview me, one question at a time, to identify the missing context. Ask what matters, what good looks like, which information is available, and what constraints apply.

Then propose a workflow. Explain what you can do with your current capabilities, which tools or access would be needed, and where I should review or approve. Flag assumptions, conflicting evidence and uncertainty.

Start with a small, reversible version of the task. Check the result with me before taking consequential action.
02 / Keep the picture

The connected system.

A brief and trusted context. A model and tools. A schedule to start the work. Your judgment at the decisions that matter.

A human sets direction above a model connected to written instructions, data and tools. A schedule starts runs; tool results return for checking. Applications, access controls and infrastructure remain underneath.Download the diagram (SVG) ↓
